Otay:onii (Lane Shi) is a multidisciplinary artist from Haining, China, based in New York and currently living in Berlin. Her artistic practice spans music, performance, installation, and film composition. Her music flows with a unique poetic force, defying conventions Otay:onii has received international recognition and awards for both her music and performance work, such as the Bronze Award for ‘Best Female Vocalist’ from the Global Music Awards and the ‘Best Sound’ award from the Industrial Incubator for Audiovisual Arts.
