Agreement
The present Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Us, concerning your access to and use of the Website www.tmlabproject.eu (“Website”).
You agree that by accessing the Website, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, THEN YOU SHOULD ABSTAIN FROM USING THE WEBSITE.
We will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Terms. The modified Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you. By continuing to use of the Website after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to add, change or remove any element/aspect of the Website at any time at our sole and absolute discretion without any notice to the users. In this context, we may also impose limits and/or restrict access of Users to parts of or all the Website, without notice and without liability to the Users or any third party.
The Website is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Website without their parent’s or legal guardian’s acceptance and agreement to these Terms on their behalf, assuming thereby liability for such use of the Website.
This Website
This Website has been designed to act as a central hub of information related to the TMLAB (Transnational Music Lab) cooperation project and its actions (events and content) that are implemented by five European partners. TMLAB project runs from 01.01.2025 until 31.12.2027 and has been co-funded by the European Union’s Creative Europe programme under grant agreement No. 101173458.
The Website does not offer User to submit or post content.
About Us
We, the company “ARIONA HELLAS S.A.” with registered seat in Athens, at 2, Galaxia & Evrydamantos St. acting as representatives in Greece of Onassis Foundation (“we”, “us” or “our”) operate the Website and any related services and products that refer or link to the present Terms.
We manage the Website in our capacity as Coordinator of the TMLAB project which is jointly supported by our TMLAB Partners shown on the Website.

Our Intellectual Property
The past, present and future content of the Website, including, without limitation, source code, databases, software, trademarks, marks, logos, copyrighted works, documents, files, pictures, photos, texts, video, designs, graphics, and all copyrighted material contained therein (hereinafter the “Content”) constitute Our intellectual property.
The Content is protected by the applicable intellectual property, copyright and trademark laws (and unfair competition laws) in Greece, Europe and around the world.
The Content is provided, in or through the Website, “AS IS” for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose.
Your use of our Website
The presentation of the Content on the Website may not in any case be considered as granting or assignment of any license or right to its use to any User or other party for any reason other than explicitly set herein.
Users may simply access, view and listen (thus temporarily reproduce) the Content for personal use only.
Thus, copy, presentation, permanent reproduction, broadcasting or re-broadcasting, recording, distribution, downloading, sideloading, exchange, creation of derivative works, transmission, communication to the public or publication of the Content of the Website by the Users, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, including any commercial exploitation of the Content of the Website is strictly prohibited.
In addition, any use of our name, trademarks and logos, or of that of our affiliates and/or of third parties presented to the Website is also strictly prohibited.
Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Terms and your right to use the Website will terminate immediately.
In view of the above, in case any third party raises any claims for intellectual property infringement by you, you as responsible for such infringement shall be obliged to intervene in our favor on your own expenses and shall indemnify us for any damage caused. This indemnity shall include all legal costs or expenses incurred to us due to such infringement as well as any other amount of indemnity and loss of earnings by us.

We are therefore not liable for any mistakes, omissions or unlawful, unethical, offensive, threatening, inaccurate, unsecured, inappropriate content made available through such links by third parties.

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that:

Any explicit or implicit waiver by us of the right to implement a specific term will not, under any circumstances, be interpreted as a waiver of any other right. Our failure to exercise any of the rights arising under the present Terms, even for a long period of time, cannot, under any circumstances, be interpreted as a waiver of such right and/or any other right arising under those terms.
All Terms are deemed to be equally material. Should a clause of the Terms become or is declared null and void, this shall not and may not affect any other clause or the Terms, thus all others shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law
The Terms and their interpretation are governed by the laws of Greece and of the European Union as well as by the relevant international conventions.
Any dispute arising thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
