Colin Self is a multidisciplinary berlin-based artist who is difficult to classify: composer, singer, choreographer, researcher and performer whose work navigates the intersection of voice, body and technologies. His album Siblings (2018) and EP Orphans (2019) established him as a key figure in the exploration of queer and communication beyond human boundaries. As well as collaborating with the likes of Holly Herndon, Colin has presented his solo work at festivals such as Unsound, Sonar, Rewire and CTM. His radically inclusive approach and commitment to sonic experimentation has made him one of the most captivating artists in contemporary music. Self-fosters dialogues between queer theory and sonic experimentation.
