
Dimitra Zina is a Greek curator, DJ and radio producer who is at the core of Berlin’s burgeoning jazz and soul scene. With a strong activity in the city’s musical culture, he has served as a member of the board of directors of the Berlin Club Commission, has produced albums and events for artists such as Mulatu Astatke, Meshell Ndegeocello and Abdullah Ibrahim and has curated programs for Worldwide FM, Radio Alhara, STEGI. RADIO and Refuge Worldwide. As a DJ, he has performed internationally at venues and festivals, such as XJAZZ! Festival, Jazz Re:Found and Fotografiska Berlin (Museum of Contemporary Photography, Art & Culture). Known for her meticulous planning and distinct musical storytelling, on her sets she moves flexibly between jazz fusion, neo-soul, broken beat, and sounds from around the world, connecting timeless influences with contemporary choices.
