Dimitris Papaioannou

Dimitris Papaioannou’s presence in the Greek music industry has been intense since the mid-2000s, as he has contributed creatively and artistically to a number of innovative events and organizations. Among them, the Link Cultural Center in Bologna, Italy, the Synch Festival, the Terra Furba Festival, the Thessaloniki International Film Festival, and Eleusis 2023 European Capital of Culture stand out.

It is also worth mentioning his presence on Stegi.Radio, the Onassis Foundation’s online radio, where his show, “Method to the Madness”, now in its fourth year, goes beyond the traditional form of radio broadcasting, offering the audience six times a week a musical journey that embodies the free spirit of good music without genre restrictions.

Finally, after almost twenty years in the cultural scene, he continues to be active through the new cultural platform _&Beyond, with the assistance of Vassilis Sevdalis, his good friend and talented partner for many years.
