As part of its ongoing commitment to emerging voices, La Casa Encendida launches an open call, under the European project TMLAB, for young curators to take the lead in shaping the next two editions of Puwerty, a festival dedicated to creators under 26 years old working across music, visual arts, performance, and new media.
With its finger on the pulse of youth culture, Puwerty has become a platform for experimentation and first encounters with the public. Through this call, La Casa Encendida invites candidates born in 2000 or later to propose new curatorial approaches that reflect the concerns, aesthetics, and codes of a digitally native generation. Selected curators will co-design the festival’s programme with the support of the institution’s production and communication teams.
We’re looking for fresh, relevant, and daring ideas. Whether your background is in music, visual arts, design, film, or hybrid formats—if you’re passionate about building spaces for your generation’s expression, we want to hear from you.
