Kiosk Radio: Leila Moon

This mix – like most of what I do – reflects my inner state: what’s on my mind, my current mood, and a hope that it carries a gentle, healing effect for anyone listening. There’s a lot of Raï throughout: it opens with a medahate track by Algerian legend Houari Manar, then flows into personal Raï favourites. The second-to-last track is by the incredibly talented young Algerian artist Zahham, taken from his album Drid Houssein.
